Meß und Auswerteverfahren zur Fehlerminimierung bei der Rauschparameterbestimmung im mmWellengebiet
Abstract
A measurement and evaluation procedure for the microwave region is presented which can determine the four noise parameters of a linear quadrupole to a high degree of accuracy. A computercontrolled EH tuner is usd to realize generator reflection coefficients over the entire angle range of the Smith diagram and to determine points of constant noise number. Measurement errors are minimized with compensation procedures so that the points of constant noise number form a circuit. A number of such circuits are used to obtain a linear equation from which the point of minimal noise can be determined.
