Mathematical models of components for the analysis of nonlinear radio-engineering circuits
Abstract
Attention is given to numerical methods for developing a general mathematical model of a radio-engineering circuit and its solution. Mathematical models of specific active components of radio-engineering circuits are given, including models of a semiconductor diode, a Zener diode, bipolar and field-effect transistors, and a varactor. The present models are distinguished by the fact that they are applicable both to the large and small signal regimes.
