New multilayered slot-line structures with high nonreciprocity
Abstract
The two novel multilayered slot line structure designs, containing ferrites, that are presently proposed offer a much higher differential phase shift, Delta-beta = beta(+) beta(-), than those heretofore available. The field theoretical problem for these devices is solved by means of a hybrid mode analysis based on mode matching. Numerical results for the differential phase shift Delta-beta are presented and compared with measurements.
