The effect of contamination of the probe surface and coating on the accuracy of the measurement of electron temperature using the Langmuir probe
Abstract
The effect of contamination of the probe surface and coating on the accuracy of measurements of electron temperature using the Langmuir probe was studied experimentally. Measures are presented for eliminating errors when using the Langmuir probe in satellite and rocket experiments.
