Heat transfer in the flow under an enclosed rotating disc with uniform suction and injection
Abstract
The present paper deals with the heat transfer in the steady flow of an incompressible viscous fluid under an enclosed rotating disk with uniform suction and equal injection on the stator. The effects of net radial outflow and inflow on the temperature profile and Nusselt number on the rotor and stator at different values of the suction and injection parameter have been investigated in the regions of no-recirculation and recirculation.
