Repeated gravimetric observations (collection of scientific works)
Abstract
A collection of 19 papers on gravimetric principles is presented. The results of a comparison of absolute gravimeters are provided, and the effect of changes in the distribution of atmospheric masses on the acceleration of gravity was discussed. The effects of gravimetric control at a gas condensation site and the importance of calculating variations in altitude in interpreting variations in gravity were addressed. It was proposed that variations dependent on photonic geologic processes in the Sakhalin-Kuril region of the U.S.S.R. can be specified. An hypothesis was offered concerning the possible global reason for the instability of the Earth's gravitational field.
