CCC by objectives - A concept for resiliently integrated communications and CC
Abstract
A CCC system consists of two distinct elements, including the Communications (Comm) element and the Command and Control (CC) element. A resiliently integrated Comm and CC system successfully executes the greatest number of command functions given the available information. The considered approach is applied to a CC processor with a finite set of critical function modules which it can execute. A description is presented of a technique whereby a Comm system, conveying commands for execution, and a CC processor, executing function modules in response to these commands, are resiliently integrated in such a way that the process yields the greatest number of correctly identified modules running to completion.
