Latitudinal variation of telluric and atmospheric gamma-ray radiation
Abstract
The latitudinal variation of the telluric gamma radiation in the energy range 0.3 to 5.0 MeV was measured and compared with that produced at terrestrial atmospheric stratospheric balloon heights (40 Km). The similarity of measured spectra at the ground level and in the atmosphere is also discussed.
