A second-order turbulence model for two-phase flows
Abstract
A second-order turbulence model is proposed for predicting incompressible two-phase flows. Closure is achieved by modeling the turbulent correlations appearing in the equations of the mean motion of both phases, and the kinetic energy of turbulence and its dissipation rate for the carrier fluid.
