Development of a fuel cell
Abstract
High power cells in Aerospace technology are discussed. Triple contact porous gas diffusion electrodes using nickel foam were developed. Depending on temperature, and quantity of catalyst (platinum based) current density varies from 0.3 to 1A/sqcm. The feasibility to obtain a power density higher than 800 mW/cm2 is investigated.
