A new satellite instrument for yaw and pitch measurements
Abstract
A new device for measuring spacecraft attitude was flown on the Air Force S3 -4 satellite. This report describes instrumentation, measurement technique, and operating results. Instrument attack angles were measured during night and day periods of most orbits. Attitude history plots and tables are given for the experiment from April to August 1978.
