Method of calculating radiative heat transfer for computer-aided analysis systems
Abstract
The paper examines existing methods of calculating radiative heat transfer from the vantage point of using them for the computer-aided analysis of temperature fields in flight-vehicle structures. An interpolation-quadrature method is developed which entails constraints neither on the geometry of the structure nor on the surface temperature distribution and emissivity. It is concluded that this method displays good accuracy and is suitable for use in solving plane problems of radiative heat transfer by means of computer-aided analysis systems.
