Analysis and design of hydraulic servosystems within the scope of the improvement of a fatigue testing installation of the Royal Army
Abstract
Linear hydraulic motors were studied and control systems were developed and tested. A small-signal analysis of the principal behavior of a linear hydraulic motor is given by means of an equivalent scheme. The theory is verified on a pulsation installation for fatigue and vibration motor testing. The manner in which related control systems for symmetrical linear hydraulic motors, applied in various kinds of feedback, can be developed is described. Calculation of the amplification factor is explained.
