Imaging by active laser methods
Abstract
A scanner-system, driven by piezo-crystals, is described which can deflect radiation of a CO2-laser. The radiation must be available in the form of cw-radiation or in the form of pulses. In the case of the latter form, a supplementary electronic device must be used. The objects which where investigated are mainly spheres of various diameters and wires. The results are presented in form of pictures.
