Frequency stabilization of CO2 waveguide laser
Abstract
A waveguide laser with an output power of 3 W and a tunability of 400 MHz was stabilized to intensity maximum using a microprocessor; a stability of the order of 5 MHz was obtained. High flexibility was built into the feedback design, enabling experimental demands to be met by software programming.
