Power dividers with filters

Results are presented of an investigation carried out in the hope of imparting to plane power dividers filtration properties and the ability to operate simultaneously at two frequencies. The devices described are six-terminal and eight-terminal networks formed from two-section filters that are joined in a ring circuit on the basis of the type of ring power divider and circuit directional coupler. The filters consist of shorted circuits with coupled line segments. Analytical expressions for the working parameters of power dividers are obtained using the method of image representations.
