Two methods for the analysis of multifrequency regimes of microwave amplifiers
Abstract
The mathematical equivalence of two algorithms is shown: (1) an algorithm for computing components of a highfrequency beam current obtained by means of an irregular tausequence theorem, and (2) a corresponding algorithm obtained by computation of the coefficients of a multiple Fourier series in the case of the noncommensurate frequencies. These algorithms are also equivalent in the case of commensurate frequencies, and the first of them is reduced to an algorithm for computing current components on the basis of the fundamentalfrequency method. A computational example is presented, and attention is given to aspects of the numerical simulation of multifrequency regimes of microwave amplifiers.
