Inflation can save the gravitino
Abstract
Conventional big-bang nucleosynthesis and baryosynthesis impose severe constraints on the gravitino mass and on the scale of supersymmetry breaking, which are difficult to reconcile with particle physics limits. We show that this ``gravitino problem'' need not exist if the universe has experienced even a brief inflationary epoch since cooling below the Planck temperature.
