Device technology for control systems and problems of its reliability
Abstract
Topics discussed include the design of systems with fiber-optic communication lines; the use of photoconductor-liquid crystal structures in optical information processing; the design of automatic systems on the basis of photoresistor devices; and domain-type integrated microcircuits for automatic and computational devices. The use of electrochemical techniques to study hydrodynamic boundary layers; analog elements on the basis of microcapillary and thin-film structures; and fluidic elements are also considered. The reliability analysis of control elements is also examined.
