Smith writes: "Nuffield Radio Astronomy Laboratories, University of Manchester, have undertaken a long-term program measuring arrival times of pulses from the Crab Pulsar, usually on 408 or 610 MHz, at least once per week, with an accuracy of ~ 5 us.
