Untersuchungen und Entwürfe von hochintegrierbaren Echokompensationsverfahren zur Duplexübertragung
Abstract
VLSI-compatible solutions for echo cancellation and their optimization for given conduction characteristics are discussed. An improved adaptive echo canceller is described which minimizes the logic expense in order to attain CMOS realization with a minimum of losses. Cancellation filters suitable for bit rates from 80 to 144 kbit/s are analyzed and optimized. Operation-saving algorithms are developed which are shown by simulations to attain the system theoretical requirements.
