Electronically scanned CMT detector array for the 8-14 micron band
Abstract
A cadmium-mercury-telluride photovoltaic hybrid array of 1024 elements is described. The device operates in the 8-14 micron band and is electronically scanned by means of MOS silicon switches. An example of a 'staring' image obtained with the device is shown.
