CMOS-C hysteresis
Abstract
The standard CMOS-pair amplifier is shown to yield controllable hysteresis when embedded in a two-capacitor feedback circuit. The results are obtained for a large range of capacitances including values near CMOS parasitics. Experimental verification illustrates the design theory and the frequency response, which extends static characteristics beyond those obtained using resistors, is investigated.
