Design of wide-band H-plane waveguide Y-circulators
Abstract
The paper presents a method for designing wide-band H-plane waveguide Y-circulators. Two very wideband circulators in X-band and in R-band are developed, achieving an insertion loss of 0.5 dB and more than 20 dB isolation loss from 9.8 to 12.1 GHz in X-band. In R-band, an insertion loss of 0.2 dB and more than 20 dB isolation loss are achieved from 28.8 to 38.6 GHz.
