A new complex electrohydraulic servosystem
Abstract
A complex electro-hydraulic system, which increases the ratio of adjustable rates from 180 to about 1800, and improves other technical performances so as to meet the requirements of the servosystem in the flight motion simulator is discussed. Some ratios of adjustable rates of domestic servomotors used in simulators are listed. The reasons for the low ratio of adjustable rates of the piston type motor are analyzed. Some measures to improve it are suggested. The principles of the complex electrohydraulic servosystem are explained. A theoretical analysis is given as well as the block diagrams and transfer functions. Then the dynamic analysis of the complex system is given as well as a comparison with the original one. Finally, the typical data and plots of experiments are given.
