Nuclear structure at intermediate energies

The status of experiments investigating nuclear structure at intermediate energies is described. Pion nuclear scattering experiments, including the investigation of forward scattering amplitudes and reaction mechanisms, are described. The results of reactions, nonresonant pion production, spin dependencies, NN and pi D reduced widths at dibaryon resonances, reaction theory, and transverse spin-spin asymmetry, in two nuclear systems at medium energies are reported. Pion production and angular distribution experiments in three nucleon systems are described.
