Abstract
The operation and design of basic semiconductor pulse circuits are reviewed, including discrete component circuits, circuits using IC operational amplifiers, and digital integrated circuit families. Circuits discussed include RC circuits, transistor and IC inverter circuits, Schmitt trigger circuits, multivibrators, logic gates, and sampling gates. Other topics include digital counting, digital frequency meters and voltmeters, pulse modulation, and time division multiplexing.
