A 14-GHz regenerative receiver for spacecraft application
Abstract
An integrated 120-Mbit/14-GHz differentially coherent QPSK (DQPSK) receiver and its associated 14-GHz channel filter and FET amplifier are described. The weight, size, power requirements, and reliability of these elements are consistent with those required for spacecraft application.
