Investigation of frequency shifts of the power resonance occurring on the gain-line center in a ring gas laser
Abstract
Measurements are presented for the power resonance frequency shift, occurring on the gain-line center in a ring He-Ne laser and depending on the phase of the controlled external backscattering. The optical system of the experimental setup is described. It is shown that the effects of the phase on the amplitude and the resonance shift decreased with a decrease in the value of the internal backscattering. A comparison is presented of the theoretical and the experimental results.
