Elements of dyadic algebra and its application in electromagnetics
Abstract
Dyadic formalism is reviewed and powerful identities, greatly reinforcing the formalism, are introduced. Examples from electromagnetics are studied by applying dyadic algebra, including wave propagation problems in different media, polarization dyadic, surface impedance dyadic and affine transformation of the electromagnetic fields.
