Application of linear analytic systems theory to attitude control
Abstract
An algorithm for real time implementation of nonlinear control techniques, and decoupling methods are discussed. The algorithm stabilizes a system with gas jet actuators yielding two control torques only, and uses the theory of control variations to develop higher order directions. The decoupling techniques generalize to nonlinear systems. The linear geometric techniques, using static and dynamic state or output feedback, which can remove the effect of noisy inputs from selected outputs, create unique channels of influence from input to output.
