An overview on incoherent scatter observations of mid-latitude sporadic E and further comments for improved data analysis
Abstract
Incoherent scatter observations of sporadic E were reported from measurements at Arecibo (18.3 N) in the last decade. Some important results achieved are examined as a source for improving sporadic E study referred to the stage at the beginning of the decade. Critical aspects of design and analysis are also considered for improving further experiments.
