NBS phase angle calibration standard
Abstract
The construction and operation of a calibration standard designed for use with phase meters is described. The resolution of the calibrator is approximately 2 millidegrees and its accuracy is of the order of 5 to 10 millidegrees depending somewhat on frequency and amplitude ratio of the output.
