Abstract
Millimeter optics is considered with regard to detectors, sources, and components; propagation and remote sensing; imaging and image systems; and system applications. Particular consideration is given to the state of the art in coherent near-mm detectors, a millimeter-wave imaging radiometer with optical design features, synthetic-aperture techniques at near-mm wavelengths, and millimeter-wave beamrider and radar systems.
