The effect of sensor noise in correlation-extremum systems
Abstract
A method is developed for evaluating the effect of sensor noise on the accuracy of operation of correlation-extremum systems. In the system considered, the determination of the correlation function maximum is replaced by the stabilization of the zero value of the controlled quantity. The effect of noise on accuracy is considered for a correlation-extremum system used in the design of integrated microcircuits.
