Hertz vectors in inhomogeneous and nonstationary media
Abstract
The paper examines the conditions under which electromagnetic waves in inhomogeneous and nonstationary media can be described by Hertz vectors. Consideration is also given to the conditions under which the equations for these vectors become independent.
