Study on plane problems by the method of holographic interferometry
Abstract
The paper presents solution equations for interpreting holographic interferograms recorded by counter-beams. The photoplate is attached directly to the investigated area of the structure; loading is accomplished by a conventional testing machine. The method is illustrated by examples of analysis of displacement fields on the surface of centrally stretched specimens with concentrators and on the surface of a steel beam in transverse plane tension in the plane of maximum stiffness.
