Precise g-factor determination of Fe3wt%Si single crystals in the temperature range 3.5-300 K by electron FMR and FMAR measurements
Abstract
Measurements were performed on disc shaped single crystals in the (001)-plane, with static magnetic field applied parallel to the surface along the <100> and <110> directions, at several frequencies (36, 70, 86 and 95 GHz). For a given sample the measurements yield a g-factor 2.0793, independent of the temperature and the crystallographic direction, with an accuracy of ±0.0005.
