Different scale correlation on aerial photographs by rotating a picture in coherent matched filtering
Abstract
It is impossible to obtain a correlation signal with high S/N ratio from a pair of aerial stereo photographs in coherent matched filtering, if a portion in question has different scale because of steep slope. A new method is shown for obtaining a correlation signal with high S/N ratio, and the angle of the slope by rotating the picture.
