Measurement of optoelectronic instrument parameters
Abstract
Noncoherent optoelectronic devices are discussed with reference to their design, principles of operation, parameters and their measurement, and fields of application. The bases of the design of computer-controlled data processing and measuring systems are reviewed. Consideration is also given to the metrological aspects of the development and manufacture of noncoherent optoelectronic instrumentation.
