High-sensitivity moire interferometry - A simplified approach
Abstract
Various techniques for improving high sensitivity moire interferometry patterns are examined, with the objectives of simplifying experimental techniques, eliminating high-precision optical elements and improving quality. Imperfections in gratings are cancelled by adding a carrier pattern, superimposing the load and no-load patterns, and using a very simple optical filtering method.
