Phase-plane analysis of simple Josephson junction model
Abstract
A simple RLC model of the Josephson junction has been analyzed in the phase plane. The results show phase-plane trajectories leading either to a stable point (superconductive state) or to oscillations (normal state) or to both. The behavior of the Josephson junction may be predicted from the design parameter gamma and external circuit parameter alpha.
