The CW lasing Al/x/Ga/1-x/Sb-GaSb heterostructure lasers
Abstract
The paper reports the achievement of CW lasing at wavelengths of 1.58-1.79 microns in Al(x)Ga(1-x)Sb-GaSb heterostructure stripe-geometry lasers. The highest temperature at which the CW lasing was obtained was 283 K.
