A theory of second harmonic generation by high-power laser emission
Abstract
A theory of second harmonic generation is developed for the case of strong energy exchange between interacting waves on the basis of the solution of nonlinear equations by the method of successive approximations. Analysis is carried out for the cases of second harmonic generation by laser beams in an anisotropic medium and nonstationary second harmonic generation.
