Flow visualization. Citations from the NTIS data base
Abstract
Major studies concerning flow visualization for wind tunnel, water tunnel, and shock tube testing are cited. The visualization methods described include the use of smoke, water vapor, dyes, oils, bubbles, phase change paints, and particles. While many of these studies cover flow visualization techniques for specific applications, they are included because of their applicability to various research problems. This updated bibliography contains 202 abstracts, 63 of which are new entries to the previous edition.
