The subjects considered are related to a three-phase voltage-controlled oscillator of high precision, LC-coupling in the fiber-optic system preamplifier, the calculation of the reliability parameters of complex systems by simulation methods, electromagnetic compatibility, an improved computer program for iterative prediction of intra and inter cable electromagnetic interference, the influence of the electric explosive device thermal time constant on initiation energy absorption from conducted and radiated disturbances. Attention is also given to the pull-in problem in a phase-and-delay tracking loop, the analysis of steady state errors in a phase-and-delay tracking loop, the performance of digital matched filters for multilevel signals, the microwave GaAs FET, laser annealing of semiconductors, analysis of single step numerical methods via approximation of the exponential function, analysis and synthesis of EM wave polarizers, the nondestructive evaluation of semiconductor surfaces using the surface acoustic-wave convolver, and optical propagation through a turbulent atmosphere.
