The theory of weak superconductivity in SNINS systems
Abstract
A general expression for the excitation energy in a SNINS junction is obtained. The effect of an external magnetic field on the quantization of excitation energy in an INS system is considered. It is shown that the magnetic field causes a shift of energy levels but does not lead to spectrum instability. General formulas are obtained which can be used to find the Green function of an arbitrary superconducting system containing a dielectric barrier with arbitrary transparency. The stationary Josephson current in an SNINS junction is calculated.
