Statistical characteristics of impulse noise duration
Abstract
The statistical characteristics of impulse noise duration are investigated in the output of basic types of signal filters to determine the hyperbolic and log-normal amplitude distributions of pulsed interferences. The statistical characteristics make it possible to determine the definite probability of impulse noises directly from the resolver input, providing a more accurate prediction of transmission channel quality.
