Diffraction of a plane wave by a nonideally conducting combine
Abstract
A twodimensional problem of plane electromagnetic wave diffraction by a plane impedance comb is examined. A strict solution is derived in the form of an infinite system of linear algebraic equations of the second kind; the power losses are calculated for the case of electrical polarization. It is concluded that the heat losses in the comb are significantly smaller than in a halfspace with a smooth surface.
