Contribution to the problem of the statistics of traveling waves in randomly-inhomogeneous circular systems
Abstract
Methods for statistical analysis of the waves traveling in circular nonlinear systems with random inhomogeneities are discussed. It is shown that in the general case, the stationary probabilistic distribution of the waves is described by the solution of the Einstein-Fokker-Planck infinite-dimensional equation.
